Everybody, this is Layton...Layton meet everybody!

It was love at first sight for me....then the educational process began...then the reality sunk in....Oh my little Layton, will your nick-name be money pit or restoration project?? One sounds much nicer than the other. Next up...our very first purchase and 'fixing up' project.
